Practical AI training for marketing, PR, advertising and brand teams. Our Human+ series blends human imagination with tools your team already has – like Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT – so you get better briefs, fresher ideas, sharper strategy and deeper insight. Built on the tried-and-tested creative tools we’ve taught since 2011.
AI doesn’t replace your team’s creativity – it gives it more fuel. The ideas, the judgement and the taste stay human.
Everyone has the same tools, so everyone gets the same answers. Original ideas still come from people – your team needs the creative skills to push past the obvious.
Vague prompts get vague results. Without a clear framework, AI becomes a time sink rather than a time saver.
Leaning on AI too early can kill original thinking. The trick is knowing when to think for yourself and when to bring AI in.
Weak briefs lead to weak work – with or without AI. Sharper problem framing is where better ideas start.
Everyone is experimenting on their own. A common approach helps teams collaborate, critique and build on each other’s work.
We don’t just teach AI tools and apps – we teach you how to collaborate with AI while keeping people in charge of the thinking. The Human+ approach follows the fact finding, idea finding and solution finding stages of Creative Problem Solving, the foundation of our training since 2011. AI is there to widen your thinking, not to do it for you.
Define the problem clearly and strategically before you go near a prompt.
Use Google’s 5-step prompting framework: task, context, references, evaluate, iterate.
Use AI to broaden your research and stimulus – then let your team push further than the first answer.
Judge AI outputs for quality, relevance, originality and bias.
Combine human imagination with AI outputs to build something genuinely original.
Refine as you go, then apply your thinking to a final creative product.
My curiosity for what’s next led me into the world of AI. Like many of you, I’m exploring how we can combine human creativity with AI tools in ethical, responsible and imaginative ways. I use AI daily in my own workflow and I’m always trying new things.
This is an emerging field, and I’m right there with you. I’m not pretending to know it all – but I am learning, experimenting and sharing what works. Each session is a stand-alone, hands-on workshop: one real problem, the right AI tools and your team’s thinking.
Webinars £1,500 + VAT for up to 12 people (full series of four £4,500 + VAT).
Each 90-minute session tackles a real challenge with the right AI tools, and finishes with a task where you apply everything you’ve learned.

Better briefs = better work = better results – whichever side of the brief you’re on. Learn to sharpen vague or uninspiring briefs with the help of AI, so they act as a springboard for creative ideas, rooted in clear objectives.
For in-house teams: you write the brief. Learn to define the business and human problems clearly, use AI to stress-test your thinking and spot what’s missing, and hand your agency or internal team a brief that inspires great work.
For agencies: you receive the brief. Learn to understand and interrogate it – using AI to unpick what the client really needs, surface gaps and assumptions, and reframe dry or unfocused requests into a sharp creative challenge before you start ideas.
What you’ll learn: identify the business problems and the human problems; use prompts to explore and refine the challenge; use AI to diagnose missing elements in a brief; reframe unfocused requests into focused creative challenges; prompt with purpose using Google’s 5-step framework.
Your task: in-house teams rewrite an existing brief; agencies interrogate and reframe a client brief. Either way, you’ll present the revised version and the rationale behind each change.
You’ll come away with: a critique and gap analysis of the brief, a rewritten or reframed creative brief, and a brief-building or brief-interrogation prompt checklist for your setting.

Use AI as a creative sparring partner, not a replacement. Your team generates wilder, fresher and more strategic ideas using the classic creativity techniques from our Creative Ninja course – with AI adding stimulus, speed and new angles along the way.
What you’ll learn: adapt analogue techniques like SCAMPER, random stimuli and creative constraints for use with AI; use Copilot and ChatGPT as stimulus to spark unexpected ideas; curate and build on outputs so the final ideas are original and on-brand.
Your task: develop a campaign idea using a creativity framework, with AI as support, and present it as a 3-slide mini-pitch explaining where human thinking and AI each played their part.
You’ll come away with: an idea bank built by your team and a refined campaign or concept pitch.

Upgrade your strategic chops with AI. Use established models like Get-To-By and logic chains, and learn to collaborate with AI to devise your approach and strategy.
What you’ll learn: model Get-To-By ladders and logic flows with AI; test assumptions with prompt chaining; diagnose and fix weak arguments in human and AI outputs; combine fast AI synthesis with critical human judgement.
Your task: build a strategic recommendation assisted by AI, then present and defend your logic in a peer feedback round.
You’ll come away with: a completed strategy framework, an annotated logic chain and a peer-reviewed strategic plan.

Pair AI tools with traditional research and empathy techniques to uncover the tensions, patterns and truths that inform your ‘why’ – and spark better ideas.
What you’ll learn: use AI for cultural scanning, audience analysis and empathy mapping; tell facts, observations and actionable insights apart; build insight platforms; stress-test AI findings to avoid shallow or biased results.
Your task: identify an insight with AI plus traditional tools, and bring your point of view to life with a mood board or stimulus slide.
You’ll come away with: a drafted insight platform, a documented discovery process and a peer-tested ‘aha!’ moment.

Here’s what just a few of our 250+ clients are saying
Absolutely the best course ever I have attended – the creative thinking techniques I learned have changed my beliefs.
Thank you, it was awesome! Applied creativity for business tools, not theoretical, a real toolkit, opportunity and fun to practice. 10/10!
I was so inspired by the ‘How to be a Creative Ninja’ training that we set up workshops for the whole agency. Claire is brilliant at demystifying the idea that ‘creativity’ is some kind of dark art or innate talent only possessed by few. Her training session was lively, engaging and, most importantly gave us practical tools that are proven to stimulate creativity and the confidence to believe that we can all be creative. What’s more, because the tools and techniques Claire gave us are simple and fun we are using them for creative sessions 5 years later.

No – and that’s the whole point of Human+. AI is good at speed and volume, but it can’t replace human insight, empathy, taste and judgement. We teach your team to stay in the driving seat: framing the problem, using AI as stimulus, choosing what’s genuinely good and making ideas original.
No. Each session starts from the basics of prompting with purpose, so everyone can take part. Teams who already use AI every day will be stretched with sharper prompting, better critique and more original outputs.
We design every exercise to work in Microsoft Copilot, which most organisations already have through Microsoft 365, as well as ChatGPT and other tools your organisation allows. The thinking and prompting skills transfer across tools, so nobody gets left behind.
Each 90-minute online webinar is £1,500 + VAT for up to 12 people. The full series of four is £4,500 + VAT. In-person workshops are quoted on request, depending on format, location and how much tailoring you need.

Human+ builds on the creative tools we’ve taught since 2011 – from our Creative Ninja, Strategy Ninja and Insight courses – and brings AI in as a support at each stage of the Creative Problem Solving process.
